Adam H. Springel: Adam Springel received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1990 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Springel was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and was admitted to practice in all federal courts in California. Mr. Springel was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 1999. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Mr. Springel's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation. In addition, his other areas of concentration include business, insurance, professional liability and real estate litigation. .

Leonard T. Fink: Leonard Fink received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Fink was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993, the Nevada State Bar in 1997, and the Arizona State Bar in 1998. He frequently speaks at MCLE seminars and is a guest lecturer at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Mr. Fink's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. Mr. Fink also has experience in tax, estate planning and business litigation. Mr. Fink is a member of the Clark County and Orange County Bar Associations. .

Darren M. Ebner: Darren Ebner received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Ebner was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000.

Mr. Ebner's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation, as well as personal injury defense. .

Jennifer A. Carrollo: Jennifer Carrollo received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2001 from St. Louis University School of Law in St Louis, Missouri, where she was an articles editor for the Saint Louis University Public Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, cum laude, in 1998, from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Ms. Carrollo was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2001 and the Missouri State Bar in 2002.

Ms. Carrollo's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation, personal injury defense, general tort liability defense, and general insurance defense.

Richard B. Kott: Richard Kott received his Juris Doctor degree in 1983 from Western State University in Fullerton and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Redlands in 1979. Mr. Kott was admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal Courts in 1984. In 1989, Mr. Kott was also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. Before passing the bar, Mr. Kott worked as a Claim Professional for a major carrier handling a variety of general liability and other claims. He also sat as Judge Pro Tem for the North Orange County Court from 1993 to 2002. Mr. Kott is an AV-rated attorney.

Mr. Kott's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors and Sub contractors in Construction Defect matters. In addition, his other areas of concentration include defending clients in personal injury matters, including vehicle, premises, construction site accident and product liability cases. In the past, Mr. Kott has represented Real Estate Association and Orange County Bar Association.
