There is an opening in our busy Newport Beach office for a litigation attorney.

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

• JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required
• Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes,conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
• Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
